There are also two internal storage rooms for luggage and shoes.
PRICES
All rooms are fully furnished:
• ROOM 1: Single room with terrace and single bed — €440/month, including advance payment for utilities.
• ROOM 2: Single room with a French-size bed — €450/month, including advance payment for utilities.
• ROOM 3: Large single room with double bed — €490/month, including advance payment for utilities.
• ROOM 4: Large single room with a French-size bed — €470/month, including advance payment for utilities.
EXPENSES
Condominium fees, electricity, gas, water, waste tax, other taxes, and internet are subject to annual or end-of-contract adjustment.
Once a year, the tenant will pay €80 as a contribution for cleaning common areas.
With the last monthly payment, the tenant will pay €55 for final cleaning of their room and shared areas.
A security deposit equal to two months’ rent (rent + utility advance) is required.
For contract preparation, registration, and agency commission, a fee of €300 + VAT (22%) will be charged.
The contract will be officially registered with the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate).
