EXPENSES
Condominium fees, electricity, gas, water, waste collection, applicable taxes, ordinary maintenance, and internet are subject to final adjustment at the end of the contract.
Once a year, the tenant will pay €80.00 as a contribution for cleaning the common areas.
With the last monthly payment, an additional €55.00 is required for the final cleaning of the bedroom and common areas.
A security deposit equal to two months (rent + advance expenses) is required.
The agency fee, which includes apartment management and maintenance, is €300 + 22% VAT (paid only once).
Standard open-market rental contract (4+4), with the possibility of termination with two months’ notice. There is no mandatory minimum stay, although a minimum of 2 months is preferred to avoid excessive tenant turnover and ensure a stable living environment. For medium- or long-term stays, it is possible to register residency.
