PRICES

Big single room (n.1,2,4) fully furnished, with a large bed (120×190), wardrobe, desk, a chair, a lamp at 420,00€ including account of bills (internet, heating, gas, electricity, water, condominium fees);

Normal single room (n.3) fully furnished, with a single bed (80×190), wardrobe, desk, a chair, a lamp at 380,00€ including account of bills (internet, heating, gas, electricity, water, condominium fees);

FEES AND CHARGES

Condominium expenses, electricity, gas, water bills, garbage collection charges, ordinary maintenance and internet and all the relevant taxes are to the Tenant’s charge and will be balanced at the end of the contract.

At the beginning of the lease we will ask 80,00€ as a contribution for cleaning of common areas. Cleanings will be done once a year at least, this contribution is due even for shorter stay (for example 5 or 6 months)

At the end of the lease we will ask 50€ for final cleanings of the room and the common areas.

The contract starts from the 1^st of the month and finishes at the end of the month.

The tenant is asked to pay the fee to Anti-camera for the registration included subsequent termination of the contract, equal to €100.00+vat (22%).
